Appointment Times

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your spa appointment to check-in, relax and prepare. Arriving late may deprive you of valuable treatment time, as all appointments must end on time to ensure our next guest’s appointment begins on schedule.

Safety

Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments, or any condition that may be contraindicated by your selected treatment.

Due to the high demand for IFR body wrap appointments, we suggest making appointments as far in advance as possible. Please note, a credit card is required to schedule an appointment.

Cancellations

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24-hours prior to your appointment to avoid being subjected to a 50% fee of all services booked. If no notice is received you will be subjected to the full service price.

All services (including any booking of two or more services) will be charged full price and gift certificates and/or coupons(GROUPON) will be redeem unless 24 hours notice is received.
